A Brand New Look for a Disruptive Speaker

Introduction

Patrick Leddin is a renowned professor, keynote speaker, and author who is passionate about disruption and innovation. 1  To promote his new book and increase speaking engagements, he needed a website that reflected his bold and professional brand identity. We were tasked with designing and developing a new website in under 30 days that would showcase his expertise and captivate his audience.


Design Challenges

The project presented several challenges:

  • Tight Deadline: We had a limited timeframe to complete the project in order to coincide with the publisher's pre launch campaign.

  • New Branding: Patrick Leddin had recently launched a new brand identity, so we needed to incorporate these elements into the design.

  • Limited Content: At the time of the project, Patrick Leddin's website was primarily a landing page. We needed to create additional content to showcase his expertise and offerings.



Design Solutions

To address these challenges, we took a strategic and collaborative approach:

  • Visual Identity: We leveraged Patrick Leddin's new brand identity, incorporating his signature color palette and bold typography.

  • Custom Imagery: We created custom illustrations that reflected the theme of disruption and innovation.

  • Content Development: We worked closely with Patrick Leddin to develop engaging content for his new book page and speaking engagements section.
